    Every Thursday, we host our members and friends for a much needed social hour. Social is one of the 7 types of Rest. Engaging with supportive social networks helps reduce stress and anxiety, and promotes overall emotional & mental health.  We feature yummy appetizers and drinks from our private chef. Childcare is provided.

  • 90-minute somatic circle on August 18 for embodied rest and deepening body connection, with childcare available.
